Redeemer Health 2026 Benefits
Medical
Both full time and part time employees have the option to enroll in one of two medical plan options administered by Independence Blue Cross (IBC):
• The Core EPO Plan
• The CorePlus PPO Plan (Personal Choice PPO Plan)
Employee premium share is based on employee status, plan and coverage level selection.
Prescription
Employees who enroll in either of the medical plans are automatically enrolled in prescription drug coverage through VYTLone.
EasyRx
Certain medications can only be filled at EasyRx, Redeemer Health’s in-house pharmacy located on the Holy Redeemer Hospital campus.
Specialty Medication Support Program
The Redeemer Health Specialty Medication Support Program provides enhanced prescription benefits and support for certain medical conditions that typically require the use of specialty medications at no cost to members. For specialty medication to be covered by the Redeemer Health Pharmacy Benefit plan, employees must participate in the Specialty Medication Support Program.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may choose to enroll in either or all of the available Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) administered by HealthEquity:
• Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA)
• Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)
• Commuter Transit Account
Dental
There are two dental plan options available administered by Fidelio Dental:
• The Base Plan
• The Buy Up Plan
Only full time employees are eligible to enroll in the Base Plan. However, both full time and part time employees may enroll in the Buy Up Plan.
Vision
Full time and part time employees have the option to enroll in the Voluntary Vision plan administered by VSP, which is effective on the first of the month following their date of hire.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Basic Life and AD&D
Redeemer Health provides all active full time employees with a Basic Life and AD&D benefit of 1x annual salary administered by New York Life. Employees are eligible on the first of the month following 6 months of service.
Supplemental Life and AD&D
All benefit-eligible employees are eligible to elect voluntary Supplemental Life and AD&D coverage for themselves and their dependents. Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance can be elected from 1x to 6x annual salary. Employees are eligible to elect Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance, which is effective on the first of the month following their date of hire.
Disability
Basic Long Term Disability (LTD)
Underwritten and administered by New York Life, Redeemer Health provides all active full time employees with Basic LTD insurance in the amount of 60% of monthly earnings up to a maximum of $7,500 per month. Employees are eligible on the first of the month following 6 months of service.
Voluntary Long Term Disability
Part time employees may elect Voluntary Long Term Disability through New York Life in the amount of 60% of monthly earnings up to a maximum of $6,000 per month. Employees are eligible to elect Voluntary LTD, which is effective on the first of the month following their date of hire.
Voluntary Short-Term Disability
Both full time and part time employees, excluding employees who work in New Jersey, may elect Voluntary Short-Term Disability through New York Life in the amount of 60% of weekly earnings up to a weekly maximum of $1,500. Employees are eligible to elect Voluntary STD, which is effective on the first of the month following 3 months of service.
Additional Voluntary Benefits
Redeemer Health offers the following additional Voluntary benefits administered by New York Life:

• Critical Illness Insurance
• Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Employees are eligible to elect coverage for the above voluntary benefits, which are effective on the first of the month following their date of hire.
403(b) Retirement Plan
All employees are eligible to participate in the Holy Redeemer Health System Section 403(b) Plan administered by Lincoln Financial Group.
Employees may make both traditional pre-tax contributions or Roth (after-tax) contributions. Additionally, eligible employees can receive an Employer Match.
Wellness
Wellness Program
HealthyU! by Populytics is Redeemer Health’s comprehensive and voluntary Employee Wellness Program, designed to empower employees to take an active role in their well-being while helping manage health care costs.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Redeemer Health offers the AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program to support the well-being of employees and their families. The EAP is available 24/7 to all full time and part time employees as well as their dependents.
Educational Assistance Program
Eligible full time and part time employees, after 6 months of service, may receive financial assistance for approved educational courses, degree programs, or certifications that enhance their skills and contribute to their current or future roles within the organization.
Time Off Benefits
Paid Time Off (PTO) & Extended Sick Leave (ESL) are available for FT & PT employees.
Full Time Employees receive seven (7) paid holidays.

Eligibility
Full Time and Part Time employees as well as their eligible dependents can enroll in benefits. For Medical and Dental benefits, employees are eligible on the first of the month following their date of hire. However, eligibility for all other benefits varies based on the type of benefit and employment status. See below for eligibility definitions:
Full Time Employees: Individuals in approved budgeted positions scheduled to work at least 80 hours per pay period or individuals in approved alternative work programs scheduled to work 72 or 75 hours per pay period.
Part Time Employees: Individuals in approved budgeted positions scheduled to work at least 40 hours but less than 80 hours per pay period or individuals in approved alternative work programs eligible for part time status.
Dependent Eligibility:
Eligible dependents include:
• Spouse: Legally married spouse*
• Children: Biological, adopted, or stepchildren
Proof of dependent eligibility may be required during enrollment.
* Spouses who have access to outside medical coverage via their employer are not eligible for coverage under either of the Redeemer Health Medical Plans.
