Welcome to the Redeemer Health Family! We are thrilled you are bringing your talents here to write the next chapter of your life story. Below you will find information regarding the onboarding process.
Offer Letter
You will receive an email (sent to the email address you used to register online to complete your application) with your offer letter.  Please sign the offer letter electronically.  In your offer letter, there will be a link to the New Hire Paperwork tab on the applicant tracking system site. Please complete as soon as possible.  Depending on position/location, other documentation may be required and attached to the offer letter.  Please make sure to print, sign, and return upon receipt of forms.
Occupational Health
Upon being hired, you are required to complete a telehealth physical. The recruiter will schedule your physical directly with the Occupational Health office. You will need to present the most recent documentation of any of the following health records. You can gather these records from your current employee health department, physician's office or school. Any required immunization/vaccine listed below will be provided, as needed, when documentation is not available.
  • Most recent PPD test or Quantiferon Test, Seasonal Flu Vaccine (during the period of October 1st through March 31st), and Covid 19 vaccine.

  • Titers (blood draws that are done to determine antibody levels for different diseases such as hepatitis B or chicken pox)

  • Vaccination records (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella and hepatitis B)

Please complete all scheduled follow up visits with the Occupational Health provider.  Without clearance, a new hire is not permitted to start working and your on-boarding may be delayed two weeks.
Paperwork
The Talent Department will contact you to review the new hire paperwork. You will be asked to print and complete your direct deposit information and sign at the bottom of the form. The Talent Department will coordinate viewing your Social Security card and Photo ID, as well as your driver's license, registration and insurance, if applicable. You will also be asked to provide a picture for your Redeemer Health ID badge. If a Department of Aging or Department of Human Services background check is required, you will be scheduled to complete paperwork and be fingerprinted by the Talent Department.

Our onboarding welcome experience is an opportunity not only to gather important information on protocols, procedures, and benefits, but also to gain a deeper understanding and connection to our history, mission, and what it means to be part of our story.

Your welcome experience may vary depending on your position and employment location. Your Talent Scout will provide instructions in your offer letter. Below is a typical schedule.

Day One - Pennsylvania

  • Parking is plentiful and free

  • Breakfast and lunch are provided

  • Dress is business casual or scrubs, no jeans permitted for all locations

Lunch 12:30-1:00
Facility Orientation

Hospital & Long-Term care 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Home Care 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
