Pennsylvania Employees
Full Time and Part Time employees are eligible for Medical Benefits.
Full Time employees are eligible for Dental Benefits.
In Pennsylvania, the Medical Plans are Keystone or Personal Choice. The Pharmacy benefit is provided through Maxor Plus.
In Pennsylvania, the Dental Plan is Fidelio.
An employee is eligible for Medical and Dental coverage the first of the month following their date of hire and after enrollment has been completed.
All employees interested in participating in the medical and dental plans must complete the on-line enrollment process. To complete your online enrollment, you must create an account using ADP Health & Welfare benefits portal located on the intranet or https://my.adp.com. Click the “Sign Up” button and use the registration code: hrhs-welcome.
You have 30 days from date of hire, or as a result of a life event (marriage, birth, job status change, etc.) and annually during open enrollment to log into ADP Health & Welfare to enroll or edit your Medical and Dental Coverage.
When you log into ADP Health & Welfare, you will see a personalized summary of the benefits you are eligible to enroll in along with the premium costs.
Healthy U! is Redeemer Health's Employee Wellness Program. Participating in Healthy U! is a great opportunity for you to take charge of your health and control your healthcare costs. Employees on a Redeemer Health Care Plan
The Holy Redeemer Healthy U! Premium share reduction is awarded once you successfully complete the Healthy U! Guideposts and notification is received from our third party administrator, Oracle Cerner. The Healthy U! Premium share will continue through the following calendar year.
Employees not on a Redeemer Health Care Plan
The incentive award will be made on an annual basis early in the following calendar year upon notification from our third-party administrator, Oracle Cerner. You must be an active employee at the time of payment to receive any rewards.
The spousal surcharge is a premium added if your spouse has access to medical coverage through another employer, but enrolls in the Redeemer Health plan. The amount is
$1,250 per year ($48.08 per bi-weekly pay) on a pre-tax basis.
The spousal surcharge will be waived if:
• You do not enroll your spouse in the Redeemer Health Plan
• Your spouse is not employed
• Your spouse is employed, but is not eligible for medical coverage through his/her employer
• Your spouse is eligible for and/or enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid
• You and your spouse both work for Redeemer Health
Employees who work in NJ and live in PA have access to both the PA and NJ medical and dental plan options.
You can cover your spouse and your children (biological, adopted, or stepchildren) up to the end of the month in which they turn age 26. You will need to provide documentation verifying the eligibility of your enrolled dependents to ADP Dependent Verification.
You can cover your spouse and your children (biological, adopted, or stepchildren) up to the end of the month in which they turn age 19. If a dependent child is a full time student, they are covered up until they turn 25. You will need to provide documentation verifying the eligibility of your enrolled dependents to ADP Dependent Verification.
